Yellow fever may only be administered at a centre on the official UK register. We're on it, at 37 Myrtle Street, so there's no referral and no second trip across the city.
Your International Certificate only takes effect 10 days after the injection. A certificate dated inside that window may not be accepted at the border.
Since 2016 a yellow fever certificate lasts the lifetime of the person vaccinated. For most travellers that's one visit, one dose, no boosters.
